How do I choose a payment method?
Start by choosing the option that works best for your budget and financial goals. If you want to pay the full amount immediately, choose PayFast. If you prefer to split your payment into 4 smaller payments, choose Payflex. If you prefer to use your existing credit card limit and pay over time, choose Float. Once you have added your items to cart, continue to checkout and select your preferred payment method from the available options.
Can I pay with Visa or Mastercard?
Yes, Visa and Mastercard payments are available through supported payment methods at checkout. PayFast supports card payments, including Visa and Mastercard. Payflex requires an eligible debit or credit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Float only accepts Visa or Mastercard credit cards and does not accept debit cards.
What is the difference between PayFast, Payflex and Float?
PayFast is a secure payment gateway used when you want to pay the full amount upfront. Payflex is a buy-now-pay-later option that lets you split your order into 4 interest-free payments, subject to approval. Float is different because it uses your existing Visa or Mastercard credit card limit to split an eligible purchase into monthly instalments, without taking out new credit.
Do Payflex and Float approve every transaction?
No. Payflex and Float are third-party payment providers, so they decide whether a transaction is approved. Payflex may require details such as your South African ID number, mobile number, email address, and an eligible debit or credit card. Float requires an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit card with the full purchase amount available on the card. Final approval and instalment options are confirmed at checkout.
