At SkinStore.co.za, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Return Window
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Returns requested 61 to 90 days after delivery may be approved for store credit only.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from SkinStore.co.za
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and untampered with
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


Change of Mind / Incorrect Item Ordered

If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, we may accept the return provided the item is still unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Sent by Us
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@skinstore.co.za so we can review the issue and assist you. If the return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, SkinStore.co.za will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email info@skinstore.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in line with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or beauty products
  • Used products
  • Tampered products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty or required by law

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund or store credit has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

For approved returns made after 60 days but within 90 days of delivery, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
