Shake the bottle well before use. Apply generously to the face and neck 30 minutes before sun exposure. Spread evenly, avoiding the eye area. Reapply every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating or towelling.
Use the equivalent of two fingers' worth of product for the face and neck.
